I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a memorable experience overall. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff delivered superb service, although there were some hiccups with heating in the pool area. The room was impressive in size and comfort, but I did encounter issues with the water temperature. All in all, I would recommend this place but would advise being aware of some minor downsides.

Rooms

The room was huge and very comfortable, with a nice balcony and great views. However, the water temperature in the bathroom wasn't quite hot enough during my stay.
Service

Overall, the service was quite good, with the staff being very accommodating, even sending complimentary wine for my bachelorette celebration. Yet, some areas could improve, particularly at the rooftop bar where the bartenders didn't seem very enthusiastic.

While the pool area was a big draw, I was disappointed that the rooftop pool was less than adequately heated for year-round use.

The service from the staff truly made a difference in my experience, particularly with the warm welcome I received. However, I was disappointed that there were some hiccups with my credit card pre-authorization, which soured my overall impression slightly.

My stay was fantastic at this hotel! The cleanliness and the hipster vibe were standout features, with no noise from families which kept the atmosphere tranquil. The rooftop bar is a must-visit, but it can get crowded fast, especially on sunny days. While the staff is amazing, I found the rooftop bar a bit pricey. Overall, the location is ideal for exploring NYC’s cool spots away from Times Square, making it a great value for the experience.
